V FOR VINDICATED
Once again the Templars have been vindicated on numerous fronts. Recent developments have demonstrated ways in which our great community has been proven correct all along, as well as how we have helped to change the Club Penguin army landscape for the better.
FAULTY JUDGING
WE’RE GOING TO WIN SO MUCH YOU MAY EVEN GET TIRED OF WINNING!
During recent wars we have engaged in, Templarian leaders and staff have had considerable concerns regarding skewed or biased results against TCP in favour of other armies. It has become clear in recent statements by official community bodies that WE WERE RIGHT ALL ALONG!

An Open Letter to Club Penguin Army Judges was a statement issued by the new Army Judging Board (AJB) on the 5th of October, being signed by dozens of high profile community leaders, figures and veterans. The document discussed the various failures of the Club Penguin Army Judges (CPAJ) organisation, therefore justifying the establishment of the AJB as a replacement body. An incredibly interesting topic touched upon by the Open Letter was the VT-TCP War in 2025. highlighting that biased judges were freely allowed to adjudicate battles. It was explicitly stated that this issue “negatively impacted TCP’s war efforts”.
On the topic of favoritism, CPA Judges do not pay close enough attention to affiliations and ongoing beef. While this is always difficult, in the 2025 VT–TCP War, the judges behind many of the battles were usually Water Vikings staff. Water Vikings staff did not like TCP at all, as is known. Yet CPA Judges did nothing to prevent this, which negatively impacted TCP’s war efforts: some battles seemed like TCP victories, yet VT were awarded marginal victories in many of them. This lack of attention to detail extends beyond the judging itself to the people they allow to judge battles. A mediator should always be present when bias may be apparent.

A subsequent post was released by Club Penguin Armies (CPA) titled Executive Statement: The Final Verdict, in which CPA organisation formally severed ties with Club Penguin Army Judges. CPA’s administrators referenced verified examples of CPAJ’s inconsistencies, especially in relation to matters which involved the Templars.
For example, in April, during the Templars versus Water Vikings war, WV scheduled an invasion less than 24 hours in advance. The CPA Administration asked the HJs if the request was valid, and the HJs responded that it was, but CPAJ cannot guarantee that there would be judges accepting in that timeframe. Going back to what was said two paragraphs ago, Boxmen’s invasion was invalidated when its late schedule was a result of a CPAJ failure as well. Additionally, in the TCP Dark Warriors war, a DW battle was invalidated despite it being scheduled 22.5 hours in advance. This creates the impression that the HJs may apply certain guidelines inconsistently, or alter their interpretation of the rules without adequately communicating those changes to the wider community. Such inconsistencies can undermine confidence in the judging process and may lead to concerns regarding potential bias toward or against particular armies.

It is worth noting that the Executive Statement references an invalidated Dark Warriors invasion in our previous war. While this may appear to have benefited us, it proves even further that Templars have been on the receiving end of inconsistent and imbalanced treatment over the past year at the whim of Club Penguin Army Judges.
There is indisputable evidence to doubt the results of Templar wars and battles which were overseen by Club Penguin Army Judges over the past year at minimum. Therefore, the Templars request the Club Penguin Army Wiki to record this fact on pages dedicated to our CPAB wars since the conflict with Void Troops. I emphasise that we are NOT asking for scores, results or history to be rewritten. The damage is done; our hope is simply for this injustice to be added to the public record.
Our concerns of bias against Templars extend to the fraudulent Club Penguin Armies multilogging investigation. Though concerning patterns of account attendance were highlighted – a matter we took very seriously – CPA made a variety of claims about us that were outright slanderous. Our leadership’s behaviour throughout the investigation was mischaracterised in their Jerusalem Files post, describing us as “trying to change the subject and divert the focus” despite our consistent cooperation and validation of CPA’s concerns. This was only one of many ways in which the administration depicted us as uncooperative. They went as far as to state partial involvement of our leadership in multilogging was CERTAIN, despite having no concrete evidence and other possible explanations for the suspicious accounts.
We maintained our innocence to the CPA administrators and highlighted the impact of statements that were outright defamatory. Though we reiterated our concerns regarding the information in their investigation and conceded to any Top Ten deductions they levied, we asked for parts of their post which misrepresented us to be corrected. Df44 avoided addressing our concerns, firmly reminding us that investigation was closed, adding that “your personal denial is firmly on the record with us, and we respect your right to claim your innocence.” How can you be certain of our leadership’s involvement while respecting our right to claim innocence? If you are CERTAIN of guilt there should be no room to respect claims to innocence, these concepts are explicitly contradictory.
People have questioned why we never formally responded to their post, despite the fact that we spent countless hours addressing the matter with sincerity and concern on our website and in our group chat with CPA’s administrators. The truth is that we are used to being the army community punching bag; the CPAJ inadequacies only serve to highlight this fact further. Given that we already dedicated so much time looking into the matter, reaffirming issues raised while also defending ourselves when necessary, when the admins denied our request to change the wording of their post we decided to leave the matter there. The damage has been done, and dedicating more time and stress to publicly clarify our perspective would not change anyone’s opinion even if our response was measured and reasonable. If anything has been demonstrated, however, it is that Templars will always be vindicated given the passage of time.
CPJ STANDARDS + BLIZZARD NEUTRALITY
AND YOU’LL SAY “PLEASE, PLEASE, IT’S TOO MUCH WINNING, WE CAN’T TAKE IT ANYMORE! MADAM EMPRESS IT’S TOO MUCH!”
During our conflict with the Army of Club Penguin in the War of Clover Aggression, I explicitly stated in CORAM NON JUDICE that the Templars would call for an army board meeting regarding standards for Club Penguin armies on Club Penguin Journey (CPJ). This included an idea that Blizzard and Sleet should be considered neutral servers in which conflict between armies should NOT be permitted. We believe that conflict on servers with large populations have the potential to negatively impact CPJ players and bring army drama into focus on the most populated CPJ servers, potentially damaging the army community’s reputation among the player-base as a consequence.
I will hereby be calling for a Club Penguin Armies league board meeting to discuss standards for engagement between armies on Club Penguin Journey.
Hopefully the majority of armies are able to reach a mutual consensus on what we consider appropriate on CP Journey, as further normalisation of such behaviour will have dire consequences if we are not careful. Though the specific tactics encouraged by ACP are ones I do not wish to promote, perhaps it would be prudent as a community to permit conflicts between armies on low population servers (Frozen, Marshmallow and Zipline) as long as the patrols and battles abide by the CPJ Terms of Service. On the other hand, feuds between armies on highly populated servers (Blizzard and Sleet) should be avoided. However, this is only one idea that I have been considering, and I hope to discuss more with the community soon.

Thus, the Club Penguin Armies organisation hosted an Army Summit in which CP Journey etiquette was a primary focus. Our then-Grand Prior Shallissa published an official Proposal for Club Penguin Journey Etiquette, which featured our ideas server neutrality and standards for conduct. Following discussions at the Army Summit, we adapted our official stance for server neutrality to be applied to Blizzard solely, though we still saw utility in this being extended to Sleet as well.
The community overwhelmingly voted in favour of Blizzard Neutrality and CPJ etiquette standards.

As of YESTERDAY, these votes have been applied into Club Penguin Armies organisational policy, directly implementing the proposals made by the Templars. You can be view this on their CPJ & CPPS Etiquette Guide page.
AND I’LL SAY “NO IT ISN’T, WE HAVE TO KEEP WINNING, WE HAVE TO WIN MORE! WE’RE GOING TO WIN MORE! WE’RE GOING TO WIN SO MUCH!”
Thank you for taking the time to read about these recent happenings which have impacted the Templarian community. Despite those who attempt to bring us down, our community and its influence only continue to grow with each passing day. We have much planned for this October and beyond. I appreciate all of those who support us, including our amazing members and allies. Our road to success, as well as further vindication, continues!
