To the community and the Holy Empire of Templaria

Official address regarding the War of Clover Aggression
Our Club Penguin army community is has reached a crossroads once more. The Army of Club Penguin (ACP), one of the most deceptive and malicious forces in this landscape, has had years to change its ways. As a former leader and legend of ACP I certainly believed they had done so, but it is beyond evident that this couldn’t be any further from the truth.
On the 28th of April, 2026, the Army of CP launched a full-scale raid of our peaceful Club Penguin Journey event. In what eventually became the Battle of Blizzard, the first Club Penguin Journey war battle, our armies clashed for over two hours in the Mine Shack. We eventually overcame the combined force of ACP and their allies, the Water Vikings.
Subsequently, Army of Club Penguin leader Daniel20448 issued a pitiful declaration of war against the Templars. He made numerous ridiculous assertions throughout the post, primarily relating to the successful Club Penguin Armies board vote to allow 1 versus 1 wars on the army server map. Daniel claimed:
“They have pushed for a change in the rules, not for the sake of the community, but to push their own agenda.”
“Not only that, they’ve been pushing for new allies to gain control of the board and pull the votes in their favor.”
“It is clear to us that Templars are scared and are willing to do whatever they want to push their own agenda.”
“They changed the rules of the game to favor them”
It appears that the Clovers are either living in an alternate reality or LYING TO YOU INTENTIONALLY. All we did was advocate for our perspective that the map would have more room for activity with 1 versus 1 wars permitted again. Did ACP’s declaration inform you that ACP voted for 1v1 wars to return, or that the 1v1 vote was on the verge of FAILURE and would have required a revote if not for the affirmative votes of the ARMY OF CLUB PENGUIN and their allies such as the Water Vikings? Did ACP mention that Star Force leader Krill is the one who called for the board meeting in the first place? Absolutely not.
The ugly truth is that the Army of Club Penguin are attempting to manipulate public perception in their favour by authoring a false narrative. Templars did not change any rules, it was ACP AND THEIR ALLIES who were the deciding votes that made 1v1 wars return. With a full majority (6 votes) being required, TCP and its allies on the board (Aliens and Romans) weren’t even close to being enough votes to force such a change through. This clashes completely with their war declaration, which illustrates a portrait of Templars as some coven of puppeteering schemers. Ironically, considering ACP’s leaders have now revealed that they were planning to declare war the moment the 1v1 war rule passed, it appears as though their accusations are likely a projection of their actual intentions.
The leaders of the Army of Club Penguin think you are STUPID.
Funnily enough, we were hyperaware of the truth that the Army of Club Penguin was preparing to target us. As we had stated, due to their New World Order alliances with the Help Force, Rebel Penguin Federation and the Water Vikings, we were literally the only major army target left for them. Consequentially, we felt pressured into a Water Vikings war as a final Hail Mary despite knowing that, with our freshly defaced Discord server, we’d have a difficult time competing against their ocean of unemployed veterans.
The Clovers decided to publicise leaked screenshots of Borapenguins preparing for an eventual war with them, but in reality they’ve only proven that our vigilance of ACP aggression was COMPLETELY JUSTIFIED. Instead, they lie about us allying with other armies in an effort to “gang up” on them.
“They have allied with various other armies to gang up on the Army of Club Penguin.”
Hold on, I thought we were supposed to be manipulating the board to target armies WITHOUT allies? Leaders of the Army of Club Penguin can’t even maintain a coherent narrative. Of course we considered preparing an alliance to counter the armies of the New World Order, as we were ACP’s only possible target we needed a plan to defend ourselves. However, considering our major allies aren’t participating in the Club Penguin armies map and are generally averse to participating in Club Penguin army wars at this time, we have been left standing alone. Even so, our army has managed to embarrass their efforts, defeating ACP’s pathetic raid of our AUSIA Todd event.
Mind you, the only relevant war ACP has had this year was a war against Scarlet Republic and Aliens, one they clearly were scared to face on their own as they brought allies. This has already proven to be the case in this war, as over 11 WV members showed to their first raid. At the end of the day, ACP’s leaders have allied with as many major armies as possible because they are terrified of a genuine war. They may have had a successful March Madness run, but a couple hyped battles would not compare to the fall off we would see from ACP during a genuine war against armies like the Rebel Penguin Federation. They know this, RPF knows this, everyone knows this.
If the Army of Club Penguin wishes to spearhead an original Club Penguin-style war against the Templars, they should start by learning what those wars actually looked like. Mchappy clearly didn’t prepare you with this important information, so allow us. Battles in the pre-CPPS era contained only portions of what modern army warfare has evolved into. While word tactics, emotes, and formations have always been a staple, they were often led in-game and in a more organic fashion. Armies would sit in formations for extended periods, sending (not spamming) single-line word tactics, throwing snowballs, and leading emotes in-game. Not only is this easier for players participating, but it is also more respectful to anyone who may waddle into the room.
Anyone who witnessed our successful claim of Blizzard would have seen this style from the Templars, in tune with the appropriate pre-CPPS style of warfare. Seeing the way ACP led tactics and formations during the first CPJ raid as if it were a CPA: Battleground war was amusing. The “clockwise whirlpool” led during the battle sent us and we were laughing in our voice chat. The Army of Club Penguin is not beating the “army cult” allegations with this behaviour. Keep up the great work Clovers! Continuing these battle tactics will be considered an absolute win for the Templars. Not only will Anti-Club Penguin be making fools of themselves, but it will also prove for all to see, through ACP’s own actions, that the Templars respect Club Penguin Journey and its player-base more than the Clovers.
Club Penguin Journey players are older and wiser than the children of the pre-CPPS era. While occasional raids on Club Penguin Journey can be fun and entertaining, a repeated pattern of these antics will ultimately paint the Army of Club Penguin as villains. This is not what the Templars planned nor intended to do in any capacity, Templar events are lighthearted, peaceful, and entertaining for all – even those who choose not to participate. This will not change, regardless of any ACP presence. We hope their members, through these raids, come to see Anti-Club Penguin for the bullies they are. Insider knowledge suggests that several of them have already begun to recognise this. They have been harassing anyone they suspect to be Templars, including random yellow penguins, by chasing them and covering them with giant hat costumes even after they are told to stop.
We do not intend to retaliate against the Army of Club Penguin by raiding their events and causing additional chaos. We will continue to avoid excess spam, promote game rules within our own Discord. Club Penguin Journey players and moderators should know that we are not responsible for the Army of Club Penguin’s decision to antagonise our members. We will continue to abide by your game’s terms of service and do not intend to retaliate by raiding their events or causing further disruption.
From the Empress and the Grand Priors of Templaria:
For the aforementioned reasons in this post, the Army of Club Penguin is officially designated an ENEMY ARMY.
The Templars will NOT allow Anti-Club Penguin to claim Blizzard for themselves, allowing only those they approve to engage in activities on the server. We hereby declare Blizzard a Templars PROTECTORATE, we shall protect all penguins from Clover tyranny and ALLOW ALL ARMIES/USERS TO PLAY ON BLIZZARD FREELY! FREE BLIZZARD!
To enforce our protection of Blizzard, I, Empress Sidie9, hereby enact the first ever TEMPLAR PATROLS. Henceforth, Templar members are encouraged to patrol Club Penguin Journey as PEACEKEEPERS and keep an eye out for any ACP penguins disrupting the server’s peace. Treat everyone you meet with kindness and abide by CPJ rules. Report your findings in the #patrols channel, each patrol will be rewarded with 20 Florins.
I had previously stated that leading the Army of Club Penguin in 2015 is a cherished memory of mine, and I stand by that. For a long time I took the “Defend Freedom, Preserve Justice” mantra to my heart and lived by it. As they erase their goodwill and antagonise me consistently, stabbing myself and many others in the back without a care in the world, I am reminded of where I really started from in this community. Not too soon after being in the Ice Warriors, my first army, I joined the Rebel Penguin Federation and fought for the first time at the Battle of Iceland. I became a member of the Black Alliance that day, a conglomerate of armies dedicated to the mission of eradicating Anti-Club Penguin. Today I understand them more than ever.
Thank you, Daniel and Roxy, for gifting me the greatest CPA accomplishment eleven-year-old me could have ever dreamed of – DECIMATING THE ARMY OF CLUB PENGUIN.
