Templars of Club Penguin

Good day Templaria,

The Elite Guardians declared war on the empire quickly after the map grace period ended on the evening of May 10th. Ultimately, CPA admins are unable to edit the map rendering this war as a mapless war. Given this information, Templars have shown up valiantly to each battle during a time when we’re all wrapping up our school year to enter summer. The Templars claim victory over the War of the Unholy Heretics after enduring constant harassment and botting during the war.

The Past

I feel the need to bring this up given I have been friends with Cobra in the past and had a different experience than that of the rest of Templars leadership. When I was 12-14 I was friends with Cobra which shaped a lot of how I held myself up in the community at the time as I followed as he said. Regardless, Cobra was known to go out of his way to harass people.

Not only was he harassing others, but he was also being completely inappropriate. Cobra intentionally utilized the excuse of being a minor at the time to get away with his behavior, so any attempt to deflect blame is disingenuous. At the time I was 12 turning 13 and carried on these conversations with people my age or even younger.

Cobra you can defend yourself by saying you were a minor, but that’s discredited when you literally haven’t even changed in 4 years. You have shown the same behavior of trying to be as toxic as you can for a “laugh” without realizing this is a penguin game there’s no need for such conduct.

In the past, Cobra also doxxed not only Templars Grand Prior Sidie9 but also our Advisor Shallissa. While Cobra can once again protest these claims, how can you lie when a literal child was affected because of what you started. Your constant harassment affected their lives while you sat behind your keyboard happily. The Templars will never give Cobra an apology and to demand one from Sidie for wanting closure on her part is distasteful.

The last person that needs an apology is Cobra.

Server Raid

On May 15th in the Templars server, we saw a large amount of bot accounts mass leaving the server that were from raids. We’ve connected this to do with the EGCP war given the usernames of the accounts and consistency of these accounts constantly spamming logs.

Inside of EGCP’s chat at the time that we took the screenshots of the bot accounts leaving, troops were actively talking about joining the Templars server and “paying a visit”

The names of the bot accounts were appalling, many containing slurs or incredibly inappropriate phrases. It is evident that, with accounts names such as “stayjealousofusyou*******2561”, as well as conversations about entering our Discord occurring simultaneously, that the Elite Guardians are behind the raiding. This is completely unacceptable and we will not think it is right to engage with an army that utilizes such tactics. The raids are in direct violation of the war terms and CP Armies Map rules, which apply to the war as per term 11. Thus, we find that declaring victory is the fair and just outcome.

Leader Harassment

I already touched a bit on the harassment towards Sidie which is one thing, but to harass Mocha for just existing is something that shouldn’t even be allowed. Mocha isn’t an adult and the leadership of EGCP (fronted by adults) continuously meets her with disrespect.

Edu you are a grown adult it is depressing that you think that this is funny and appropriate behavior towards a minor.

Post-Christmas Crusade

As the whole community knows, Templars did take a large stance against the racism that EGCP exhibits. Throughout this war, the Guardians have claimed that Templars haven’t changed since 2020 and we still depend on multilogs and use hate speech. This is actually quite the opposite and actually seems like EGCP is projecting themselves onto us.

I will make it clear that while it is a different language and there are different severities in what’s being said, we shouldn’t actively encourage toxic behavior. The lack of care about the use of vulgar language by the Guardians in this community is baffling.

Regardless of any attempts to recover their public image, it is clear that the Elite Guardians are still as vile as they used to be. We offered them a treaty in goodwill to organize an end to the conflict, but in response they botted our server and have continued to act inappropriately. After continuously failing to change for the better, when will the army community and CPA administration finally decide that they’ve had enough?
