Contention 1:
To start this off, this is clearly a pisspoor attempt at getting out of this war, and should be denied access happening. To prove this I shall be bringing up the legitimacy of the “war” between Strawhats and SWAT, and the war terms waged against SWAT.

1A: To start, let’s talk about the legitimacy of this war, Strawhats (who are affiliated with SWAT) declared on SWAT and had a 5-minute war without any battles… Then Mercs (also affiliated with SWAT) declared on Strawhats closing off any other army from invading the rest of SWAT’s land. Let’s start with the first thing, both are AFFILIATED with SWAT (see reference 1). Why would an Army declare on an Army they are obviously affiliated with? This is a planned out action to loophole themselves out of the war. When looking at the Strawhats declaration, there is no reason for the war besides “win the 5v1 war”.

1B: Next, let’s look at the real declarations against SWAT. Looking at IW, TCP, HF, and WVs war post (reference 2-5) in all 4, it says “A withdrawal from this conflict for any reason and in any shape or form” thus making this a breakage of term number 9/10 (depending on which post). As SWAT intelligibly chose to surrender from the war in their own post (reference 6). This is a rule breakage and will be talked amongst CPA Admins and all parties included.

In conclusion, you really should read all the terms before doing something really stupid…
