The Templars of Club Penguin hereby declares war on the Rebel Penguin Federation. The time has come, enough with declining our requests to practice battle and enough with using CP Legacy (whose owner is a pedophile). You’ve trash-talked us enough and it’s time to put you back in your place. We have taken a general distaste to your rampant delusion and division within the community. Have at it, I’m sure the mandem remember who we are. The first ever to beat RPF post OG-CPA. This declaration goes into affect as soon as the CPA League’s draft is over.

War Terms

No server transfers.
No relinquishing of servers as freeland.
All of the CPA league’s map rules apply.
No allies allowed.
No dual enlists after this war declaration are allowed in either army/
Battles must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
No multilogging, doxxing, hacking, swatting, etc. allowed in this war.
All battles must be judged by CPA league/CPAJ officiated judges.
No army can merge into RPF nor Templars after this declaration (until this war is over) and the merger will be deemed invalid. If members of said merged army decide to participate, the battle will result in the unconditional surrender of the aggressor.
No outside involvement favoring either army.
Violating these terms will result in the loss of the entire nation of the violating army to the victor. Then, a force treaty will occur on the losing army.
The losing army in this conflict must accept the terms of a treaty imposed by the winning side.
Any evidence of suggested multilogging, botting or armies merged after this declaration will result in an instant defeat of the aggressor in the battles where said evidence would
be found.
