It’s time an old giant re-awakens for one of its biggest conflicts yet.

The Templar Empire as well as numerous other armies such as its brother ally, the People’s Imperial Confederation, and the Trojans, have decided on reviving the Red Dawn Alliance. I myself was a founding member of this alliance, the Templars, being a founding army of this alliance.

What the RDA did was unique for its time, challenging corrupt authority and hierarchies within the community and checking their power. Now it’s time to check the hierarchy yet again. Starting with this Western Bloc alliance. Consisting of numerous enemies. Such as the Water Vikings, Silver “empire” and the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT for short).

We, as Templars and members of the Red Dawn Alliance, have decided to end the corrupt hierarchies within the league and throw our support alongside the Help Force and their allies, like old times when we fought Epic101’s Redemption Force side by side on CPO.

We dislike the conduct of the Western Bloc and what they stand for. Their autism must be checked and weighed by the Templar Empire that is, was, and ever shall be. Its constant harassment of smaller armies, its staff members, unmitigated ego trips has struck a nerve with the Templar’s old roots beginning in 2018. Along with this, I am in possession of very unnerving information relating to SE-WV relations, which I will not reveal due to its graphic nature and general uncleanliness.

The Western Bloc, an alliance of backstabbing, hypocrisy, and incompetence is at the mercy of the Templar Empire and her allies. No mercy will be shown to these degenerates and the degenerates that hide within their ranks (we’re looking at you “””High Council””” of Vikings).

Moving onto SWAT, we’ve noticed their links and ties to certain people relating to suspicious acts within the far past. The Templars, getting word from former SWAT leader, Legoman, received info that both SWAT leaders Mare and Kaliee tried using underhanded tactics during our war in July to get us banned from CPR. This includes, reporting Templar troops to Club Penguin Rewritten moderators to get the upper hand in a war they were losing. They withheld damning screenshots of former leader DeeP16 until they lost a battle in the one division they were winning in, the AUSIA division. When that happened, they knew it was all over then decided to use those screenshots instead of fighting like a real army upon the battlefield. Nonetheless, I’ve little to no respect for those who underhand the Templar Empire during a war or even during its peacetime.

Next, is the Silver Empire. The “empire” of a certain invaluable metal, has its fair share of staff abuses and mental abuses. Starting with Omsk/ComedyGuy, she experienced numerous staff abuses by her co-leaders and other HCOM and staff within her own ranks. Facing this, she left her own army to pursue other endeavors in the community, such as judging. Where to this day, she is possibly still even harassed by SE from time to time. The Empire and her troops had tried to push these allegations aside when we made a court gesture before the Silver Empire leader, Electrummm. When we were not being responded to for a long time, we being, myself, Racecar4, !Echo, Brownpen and Mattstr0, we decided to go to the next SE leader, df44. In which he said, that, this offer would be reported to their staff and discussed within there. As of writing this, there has been no response from SE regarding the offer. Adding on to this, a few days prior, I was told by an SE higher up/leader that, if we were to not declare on SE or side with SE, we would be vouched to get back onto the map along with the rest of the Western Bloc vouching for us upon the board vote to unban us from the CPAN map. Mind you, the CPAN board consists of BIA, Western Bloc (who are BIA affiliated) as well as Help Force. A majority of the board, if we sided with SE, would vote for us to get unbanned from the map. I knew full well, that this, would not fly within myself and within the Empire. I would not allow Templars to sacrifice its morals once more for temporary riches as done on CPO a long time ago. It was time the Empire took a stand with the silent majority in the community and fought. a war it has not fought in over 3 years.

The Templar Empire and her allies have seen the abuses and degeneracy in the community continue for too long. It has been decided that the time to act is now and now is the right time. The Empire will not stand idly by and watch these abuses go freely. The Empire and her allies shall and will prosper forevermore.

With this, the Empire and her allies now pronounce the Western Bloc Alliance and any army within that alliance to be an enemy of the Empire and the Red Dawn Alliance as well as the Templar Empire OFFICIALLY declaring war on SWAT, the terms are as follows:

1) No allies
2) No dual enlists
3) No server transfers
4) No toxicity, doxxing, swatting, etc.
5) Underhanded tactics such as reporting chat logs to Club Penguin Rewritten staff will result in an automatic loss for the side comitting such act.
6) Outside involvement from one army on each side is unprohibited.
7) Multilogging is not allowed. Any proof of multilogging must first be examined by CPAN and resolved by CPAN.
8) CPAN judges are only allowed for this war.
9) Any breaking of any of the above terms will result in the automatic forfeit and the loss of 75% of the opposing army’s nation.
