The Holy Empire of Templaria is now at war.

As the most recent champions of the Legends Cup XIV tournament, the Help Force (HF) undoubtedly felt unstoppable. After three years without wars or conflict, the Helpers finally had something to show for their efforts. Having just won the most prestigious Club Penguin army tournament, HF undoubtedly wanted to prove themselves as a force to fear in wartime. So, on the 11th of August, Help Force officially declared war on the People’s Imperial Confederation (PIC).
If you’ve observed the CPA community for the past several years, you may have noticed a pattern developing with Help Force. HF’s last big conflicts until now were with Silver Empire in 2021 and SWAT in 2022, armies that barely classified as major and surely served as an easy target. The Force waited THREE ENTIRE YEARS only to declare war on PIC, a freshly major army that just faced two significant leadership resignations. PIC was openly attempting to leave to map and was clearly in a state of recovery. Using this as their first war to break isolation is frankly shameful., especially when so many other options were available to them
War in CPA may not need a reason, war is war and armies need land, but Help Force has demonstrated a pattern of cowardice. Warring only with PIC, SWAT and SE in approximately a three year timespan might be the most appalling record for an army of HF’s magnitude. The People’s Imperial Confederation are our brother allies, and we shall avenge them. Armies that behave like vultures and prey only on the vulnerable should not command any level of respect.
The Empire does not take threats lightly, and we protect our own. HF administrator and former leader, Elp, is the embodiment of the Discord moderator stereotype. This man sits in the main chat of Help Force and looks to mute or ban anyone for any reason, likely to feel he has some control or power in his life. One of his recent targets was our High Command member Elsa, who came in to HF chat upset about the recent war declaration on PIC. Those who know Elsa are aware that she is a kind soul, and is incredibly understanding even if she may be fierce at times.
As you can see from the above screenshot from HF’s Discord, Elsa spoke very kindly once it was clarified that the war was not personal. She backed off and offered her support, even going as far as to state her love for HF. Elp responded to this immediately with a mute, telling her to get lost and adding “we could take to extend the war to you too”. Threats towards us or our members will always be addressed, and we will crush your army in response.

The Help Force conveniently chose to harbour former Water Vikings (WV) leader Mei. Recently being removed from WV leadership, sources have indicated that Mei (a minor) and her HF boyfriend Jonathan (18+) allegedly requested and received inappropriate pictures from minors and ranked them amongst themselves. I won’t be describing the situation any further as victims have chosen to remain silent, as is their right. This situation is beyond concerning, and the apparent inaction of Help Force is absolutely appalling. To our understanding, HF has not reprimanded either individual and they remain in the server with ranks to this day.
The Holy Empire of Templaria hereby declares war on the Help Force, initiating the War of the Second Helping.
War Terms:
- All war battles must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance with the CPA league. Failure to do so will result in the invalidation of the scheduling.
- No army following this declaration can transfer any servers until the conclusion of the war. All involved servers are hereby locked. The only exception to this rule is if an army forfeits the war and transfers all of their servers to the opposing side.
- All battles must be judged by CPAJ’s officiated judges. Judges-in-training are permitted to spectate in accordance to CPAJ’s policies.
- Allies, visitors, and members of other armies are not allowed making this a locked in one-on-one map war between TCP and HF only. No other army may declare war or Invasions on either side for the duration of this war.
- Dual enlistment is not allowed in this war. This includes dual enlisted members of active unregistered armies, such as the Ice Warriors.
- No army is allowed to merge into TCP or HF following this declaration until the war has concluded. Any merger will be deemed invalid
- A withdrawal from this war for any reason and in any shape or form (e.g. withdrawing from the CPA league, etc.) will constitute a forfeit of the war and automatically transferring all owned lands to the opposing army.
- The losing army in this conflict must accept the terms of a treaty imposed by the winning force.
- Multilogging, hacking, ddosing, doxxing, botting, or any other means of cheating will not be allowed in this war
- Any attempt to exploit loopholes will result in a forfeit of lands and the war.
- All other CPA league map and CPA Battleground rules apply to this war.
- No loopholes
I am genuinely baffled by the Help Force and their decisions. With the creator of PIC currently serving as the Empress of the Templars, what on earth made you think you could get away with continuing your path of cowardice? Aside from tournament victories, your army has sat idle and done virtually nothing. While other armies were under the microscope of Eden and ProSect for years, Ayan’s connections allowed HF to get out virtually unscathed. From what I know, I’m sure we’re barely scratching the surface of concerning information regarding the Diddy Force.
Congratulations to Help Force, you can bring seventy people to log on for one hyped event! That is not how wars are fought, and you will learn this when you face our sword on the battlefield. Your results for years have been lacklustre at best, relying on your ocean of allies for help, yet now you lecture armies for leaning too heavily on allied assistance. I am sure that we will remind you of your place, your incoming loss will be incredibly deserved.
